Edna is 15 and in grade 7
Edna was much more shy last year and this year she is more outgoing and doing well in school. Her english is coming along nicely. Still very polite, and she helps out a lot around Toto Love with the children. Edna was very excited to get letters from another teenager in Canada and made sure she wrote back to her.
Edna was raped by her father and that is how she became HIV+. She is now able to talk more about it and wants to become a spokesperson for HIV and her story.
Such a brave young girl.
